Oink Victoria Street

Choose the size and bread, and you will get a roast pork burger wrapped in tin foil. It is cheap, delicious and has a beautiful view. It is very close to the castle.

A restaurant specializing in roast suckling pig, they put the pork in bread and make it like a hamburger. The method is a bit similar to the roujiamo in Xi'an, but the pig skin here is very hard, the meat is a bit chopped, and there are no vegetables.

The burger they made was pork, and its sales model was a bit like Xi'an roujiamo. It was quickly eaten with pork sandwiched between two slices of bread. The pork inside was very fragrant, and the price was not very expensive. Anyway, a lot of people bought it.

Even if you haven't read any guides, you will definitely not miss this store! It is located on the Royal Mile. Although it is away from the most prosperous area, the whole roasted pig in the window is enough to attract attention. There are only two kinds of food sold in the store, barbecue and roujiamo, with two different sauces. I tried the famous dark cuisine haggis sauce without knowing it, which is chopped offal and fat... But the taste is acceptable, and I even think it is delicious.
