As a last resort, I booked outdoor dining at Sorrel and asked two friends to come over. Although we didn&#39;t have a tasting menu, we basically ordered everything on the menu. Although it is also a Michelin one-star restaurant, to be honest, it is really average. The appetizer was nothing memorable, and the truffle pasta sauce was a bit too salty, which really buried the aroma of the white truffle. The duck was the only good dish, but it was strange that there was a lot of fennel, which made the taste quite distracting. The sea urchin butter with grilled pork chops made me even more confused.
