Hakkasan Abu Dhabi

Moody and tasty I love the ambience of the restaurant. Dark, moody and very tasty. We hit many of their signature dishes and none of them disappointed. The signature dim sum are exceptional. As is the cod with champagne and honey. And then if course their famous cocktail The Hakka. Thoroughly recommend.

Hakkasan, whose name is actually taken from the homophonic Hakka people (I think it is closer to the Cantonese Hakka people), is a Michelin one-star Chinese restaurant headquartered in London. Mr. Pang is right. I feel that the Michelin standard is not very suitable for rating Chinese food. BTW, I like Hakkasan's logo very much. By the way, this Hakkasan in Emirates Palace can see the view of Etihad Tower in the open-air area. Friends who are interested can come. For the dishes, we ordered a total of pomegranate sweet and sour chicken, venison fillet, Xingzhou fried rice, white rice, fried kale, plus drinking water. The final bill was about 580AED, which was the most expensive meal we had in the UAE for 8 days. It was still very affordable. The family of three was still quite full. The venison dish was really meaty and completely worth its price.

The caviar roast duck is really good but also expensive. One piece is equivalent to 3000 RMB. It is the most expensive roast duck in the world. The service fee and tip are very high. The environment is dimly lit. There are not enough Chinese services. The taste is really good. The roast duck is worth tasting.
