AMICI ITALIAN BISTRO, should be the best Italian restaurant in Khao Lak.
As for restaurants, everyone knows that if you are the only one in the area and cook a little better, business will naturally be good, but if you can still carve out a path among a crowd of similar peers and maintain a good attendance rate, that is the real skill, and AMICI is just like that.
COSTINE DI MAIALE really surprised us. The pork ribs in the middle part are selected, the temperature is well controlled, and then poured with BBQ barbecue sauce. The moment you put it in your mouth, you will feel that the trip is worthwhile. When you slowly chew and taste the white pork cartilage, you will know that the sky is so blue, the clouds are so white, and the food is so delicious, which is how it should be.
AL FRUTTI DI MARE, actually it is Margalita pizza topped with mixed seafood, my favorite Italian pizza (I always thought thin crust is the real pizza), my favorite seafood pairing, the special pizza oven that can be seen on site, the crispy pizza like soda crackers plus the unique fresh seafood ingredients of Khao Lak, this taste is really refreshing.
FUNGHI E PROSCIUTTO, I still prefer SPAGHETTI, I chose mushrooms + ham, the chef made the most important sauce of pasta to the fullest, so every bite is delicious.
The soul of a good restaurant is a good chef, DAVID is a real Italian (the tall man in the sixth photo), very friendly, and has traveled to many countries. In 2002, he went to Taipei Hyatt to work as executive chef for two years, and then stayed in Bangkok for seven years (his wife is Thai, of course, this is another story), and then, he came here.
I really appreciate DAVID&#39;s idea. He said that he also likes Bangkok because it is a very open place with all kinds of fun things, but he likes Khao Lak more because people who come to Khao Lak put down their worries and burdens to go on vacation and relax. So the same people come to different places and because of their different moods, they will enjoy the food I provide more and will be happier, so I am also happier. I like staying here!

It is really a happy and pleasant thing to be able to come to this elegant and comfortable restaurant and drink a cup of freshly ground mellow coffee. The boss is very attentive and has decorated the store with a lot of flowers and plants.
