Bilice Kebap

This is a local favorite, and the food is amazing! Lamb lovers shouldn't miss it!!! They have all kinds of lamb skewers: lamb meat skewers, lamb testicles, lamb kidneys, lamb liver, lamb heart, and lamb stomach. We devoured everything and will definitely come back!

It takes only five minutes to walk to this old traditional barbecue restaurant Bilice Kebap. The barbecue here is served on a large plate, surrounded by prepared side dishes. The pickled peppers are really awesome. In the middle, the meat is wrapped in bread and pulled off the skewers. There are many choices of lamb, lamb kidneys, etc. You can eat the skewers alone or wrap the bread around the skewers and eat them together with the side dishes. I also brought chili powder to sprinkle on the skewers and I was instantly back to Sichuan

It looked incredibly lavish, with a wide variety of meats to choose from depending on the number of people. The lamb and chicken skewers we ordered were both delicious and of excellent quality. Served with various side dishes wrapped in flatbread, they were a wonderful combination of flavors. Eating all nine different side dishes was very satisfying. The old street was also very beautiful, and the atmosphere of enjoying skewers at the small tables outside was fantastic! The prices were clearly marked, so they didn't rip off tourists – highly recommended!
