We had a lovely time. The food was amazing. Interesting flavors and immaculate presentation. Everything was amazing. I can definitely recommend this place and would gladly come back again.

The environment of this restaurant is extremely good, and he has a very handsome waiter. The food tastes great. I suggest you try it. You will be satisfied.

The hotel style is just like the name, very warm, romantic and loving.
The facilities are mainly wooden structures, and there is a heart pattern on each door.
The hotel is quite spacious and has a large space. There are also cabinets, umbrellas and mountaineering bags, etc., which are more humane.
What my wife likes most about this hotel is that each room has a small balcony, and you can see the Matterhorn directly, which is great.
The breakfast provided by the hotel restaurant is also quite rich and tastes good, which is good.

After reading so many reviews, no one mentioned how to get there! Take the mountain train from Zermatt to Zuganna, and then get off the train and you will be right on the snow trail... You should ski to this restaurant, not walk there! It took 40 minutes to walk on the snow trail... There were people walking with snowballs, not sure if this route is really hikeable? Anyway, no one in the hotel or restaurant said you have to walk in the snow for half an hour! They just said walk for half an hour... The taste, environment and service are all first-class! That is, you must ski down! Ski down! It&#39;s really funny that you can&#39;t walk down without snowballs!
