We didn&#39;t realize they had a lovely patio.  It was perfect for our lunch. They have a very diverse menu. The service is very good.  Nice wine list.  No one is rushed. Would definitely return.  Good value considering the area.

We enjoy ourselves every time we visit this restaurant, especially the mezze platter, which is highly recommended.

Accueil tr&egrave;s chaleureux de la serveuse et du patron, mets d&eacute;licieux, rapport qualit&eacute;-prix tr&egrave;s int&eacute;ressant, service rapide. C&#39;est d&eacute;paysant, on se retrouve au Liban, au milieu de familles du pays, &agrave; partager un peu de leur gastronomie tr&egrave;s go&ucirc;teuse. A recommander.

Very warm welcome from the waitress and the owner, delicious food, very good value for money, fast service. It&#39;s a change of scenery, we find ourselves in Lebanon, among local families, sharing a little of their very tasty gastronomy. Highly recommended.

Restaurant Oriental du Basset

We liked the outdoor patio (but a small speaker with music would have been fun). Cocktails and tapas were delish and the ceviche was awesome&hellip;yum!

All four of us ate different meals and really enjoyed them. Red Curry with chicken, Pad Thai with tofu and also with chicken, and another dish I&#39;ve forgotten the name of. Starters were Nems. All delicious. Service really friendly and atmosphere cosy and lively at the same time. It was our first time here but will definitely become one of our regular places to eat while in the Montreux area.

The food at the Mandarine was excellent. The location gives it the feel of a local restaurant rather than one for tourists and the prices reflect this too, as it was by far the best value meal we&rsquo;ve have in Switzerland, but without any compromise on quality.
