Very beautiful refined plates and subtle tastes - gastronomic - attentive service - Expensive but good. Too bad, champagne served in wine glasses! (not in flutes) good wholemeal bread But a little "rustic" compared to the finesse of the dishes!

We had the 5-course tasting menu, which was a wonderful discovery. The food was delicious. The service was efficient, friendly, and pleasant. The setting was very cozy and charming.

First experience at the "new" Villars Palace. Top-notch service, attentive and efficient staff. Well-designed cuisine. Great wine list. The bar is also very pleasant.

In good weather, the view from the terrace is fantastic. The entire staff is warmly welcomed. The service is attentive and complemented by delicious appetizers from the kitchen. The dishes ordered and presented were excellent. NB: "I reserved a lovely table for my birthday." In the future, for such an occasion, it would be nice to consider a small gesture for the person concerned!!!

Very warm welcome despite our delay. Dishes finished in cooking and presentation of the plates refined and without "fuss". Very pleasant service, present just what is needed with a fair presentation of the dishes and good advice concerning the tasting and also the choice of wine. Two small drawbacks: the location of our table in a corner of the room with a lot of passages related to the service despite a room not very full. Another table would have been appreciated. A room a little noisy. Despite relatively few people that evening, difficult to hold a conversation.
