La Table des Bains

Excellent buffet and top produce with lots of choice for a vegetarian. A very friendly and helpful chef who will cook meat and fish to order and a beautiful shady terrace on a hot summer’s day. A memorable moment.

The "table" restaurant is well situated at the Lavey Baths, with a view of the mountains and pools. Excellent varied choice and friendly service.

Staff very polite, food was excellent, nice selection of cheeses, desserts, meats at the grill. Salad bar was less interesting, gravad lax was literally bad, but everything else was so good that it compensates anything else.

The food was amazing, the staff was really sweet. I was a bit loud when the restaurant was full, though.

The standard of food was as usual very good.... the hot buffet with chasse was excellent. Cooked while you wait so perfectly hot and fresh and cooked the way requested to perfection.The gentleman at the reception was also taking payments so we had to hang about until he had cashed up 6 folk in front of us.... a bit surprised two jobs done by one guy but these are strange COVID times. The service was pretty good, but it’s a buffet......... just drinks being served , but all good.The organisation and social distancing measures were very good.
