Lilling Cottage

As usual, we go there once or twice a year in any season, I am not disappointed with Lilling Cottage. The food is always tasteful and plenty. It is a simple, no brainer restaurant. The carte of menu is small, this ensure that it is cooked and prepared in the restaurant, the pizza are good, the shrimp sandwich, salad and fish soup are plenty and tasty.Service personnel is smiling, welcoming and helpful. We had a very good experience.The view on the Harbor and the island of Fotö is always a treat.

We were after more sofisticated vegetarian dishes. The menu was a bit too short. The pizzas were average. We recommend you to find out the menu before booking. So you know better what to spect.

Excellent dishes, great finesse, good quantities, good service and beautiful restaurant by the sea. We will be back!

The environment and the whole concept are very appealing, I just wish we had had more time to look at the store which is very cozy. Nice overall!

The only thing that was a bit of a shame was that there was a mistake in the number of people ordered. There were 6 of us and we had ordered for 6. But when we got there, there were 4 people on their list. So we didn't get the table we had ordered inside by the window, but we had to sit outside instead. It went well, but it got a bit cold so later we had to move inside and have dessert inside.
