This restaurant is very popular. Before we set off, I saw a friend check in at this restaurant on WeChat Moments. It happened to be opened by a friend of our driver, but there was no discount for meals. It was delicious! However, this restaurant is at the foot of the mountain where we live. After eating, we took a walk and climbed the mountain to walk back. It is a cafe during the day and a bar at night.

The location is very advantageous, located at the highest point of Ella, with a large garden in front of the door. Now the entire valley can be seen from the restaurant&#39;s observation deck. The most famous curry rice is a dozen different curries with different rice. Although the price is not cheap, it feels worth it~

Waiting from 4:30 to 7:00, the meal is finally served~ Although I didn&#39;t order meat curry this time, the light yellow Buriyani rice with rich ingredients exuding the aroma of cinnamon is paired with eight side dishes and a bowl of special jam~~~

The eggplant in this restaurant is more domineering , almost all the water in the eggplant strips is fried, the dry fried eggplant strips are candied and then seasoned with fried garlic, onions, minced ginger, green peppers and salt. The taste is strong and the flavor is strong. Although it is a bit too strong to eat directly, it is very comfortable to eat with rice~~~

Take another bite of the orange-red fine powder next to it, which turned out to be the thick coconut meat in the kitchen just now. The coconut meat is ground into powder and mixed with chili powder and turmeric. Although the snow-white coconut flakes are covered with a bright coat, the aroma and taste of the coconut flakes are not affected at all The curry leaves and pandan leaves are used to enhance the flavor, and the pepper and ginger powder are used to add a special spicy flavor to the chili flavor to enhance the flavor. The sweetness of onions and tomatoes is used to balance the impact of the flavor. The stimulation is immediately dissolved by the sweetness and coconut fragrance. The more you chew, the more fragrant the coconut is mixed in the rice, which enriches the taste and adds flavor~~~

There is also a dish that looks like pickled mustard next to it. The taste is different from that of bean sprouts and pickled mustard, with a clear curry flavor and pepper spiciness~ A closer look reveals that this thing is the big pot of banana flower shreds that was soaked in the kitchen just now~~~

There is also something that did not appear in the previous two times~ yellow garlic~ The boss boiled the garlic fibers and then pickled them with turmeric and spices. The garlic grains are very soft and almost garlicky, with a hint of sweetness. Even people like me who cannot eat raw garlic can eat it~~~

The green beans that were available in the first two restaurants were not on the table, but were replaced by curry okra~ After scooping a spoonful of ginger, garlic and spinach and sprinkling it with broken pancakes, the scooped Buriyani was submerged~ Each dish here has its own unique flavor, making the spice-flavored Buriyani have various layers of taste from soft to crispy, and a rich taste of sweet, spicy and salty~ The only drawback is that there are too many side dishes, and if you scoop too much, the taste will be too strong. If you scoop less at a time, you have to add more rice, and finally go out with a round belly~~~

This curry has no soup, rich dishes, strong flavor, spicy and non-spicy curry, and more spice powder. It is spicy and stimulating, sweet and salty~ The earliest one is the opposite. There is a little soup left in each dish. It is mainly non-spicy curry with coconut milk flavor, sweet and coconut milk flavor, and the taste is more fusion~ The curry of the affordable one has a homely taste, mainly spicy, with random and appropriate ingredients, and the flavor of the dishes is very uniform~ In general, the curry in Ella is really good, plus the climate is cool and the air quality is high, it is a pretty good place~~~
