Burladero Tapas y Tintos

The tapas here are the best we had in Seville. The dishes were all presented beautifully and so many different tastes in each dish, it was certainly the equivalent to fine dining.

This was one of the best meals of my life. We ended up going back again the next night. The pulpo and the squid were so perfectly done. The flavors were incredible. I can’t recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed.

One of the best meals we had during our 10 days stay in Spain. The grilled squid with black garlic was delicious, as well ass the service, the wine recommendation and the atmosphere.

The restaurant has two sections: small tables in a tapas type area and larger tables in a fine-dining type area. Place setting was beautiful. Oysters and octopus were outstanding. Pomoyo cheesecake was delicious. A feast for eyes and tastebuds. 10/10

The quality and novelty of food here left us speechless. Especially the bolete mushroom with mashed potatoes and eggs, the tuna tartare, the grilled octopus, and the squid -- unbelievably tender and tasty! Together with great presentation, lovely cosy ambience (not too much and not too little light) and impeccable service by the young Pablo (deserves much praise) it was just a perfect evening. Definitely recommended, everything exceeded our expectations by far.
