We wanted to find a small restaurant in Vietnam that locals particularly like to go to, the most authentic place to eat noodles, so we asked the landlady, and she told us that it was a few dozen meters away from the alley and turn right. There is a small shop called baba, which is very popular with locals.

🏠【Location + Environment】
Sure enough, this small shop is just a stone&#39;s throw away, and there is no need to change the money for the long-shaped small workshops and small shops in China. It is so simple that there is only a small open kitchen, a few small tables with red plastic chairs, and nothing else.

🍜【Food】
There are only a few kinds of noodles that can be ordered, and there is no soup noodles, only dry lemon noodles. However, it was this small shop that gave us the most satisfying meal in so many days. We ordered two kinds of lemon noodles, and the soup was rarely at the bottom of the bowl, just enough to mix it. The taste is very deep and rich, just right.
🏷The price is very cheap, equivalent to RMB 17. In Beijing, the cheapest noodles cost 55 yuan a bowl.

The European-looking boss asked for feedback on the food at every table in the store. After communication, I learned that he was French and married a Vietnamese wife. Seeing that we also brought a little girl, he showed us a photo of her daughter.
