The Chinese name is Manbuyun Restaurant. It is located on the 59th floor of the 63-story building on Rua Island. You need to book a seat in advance. The food is quite expensive, but the view is great. The average cost is about 1,000 RMB per person.

It should be reminded that reservations can only be made for more than 2 people. I ordered the lunch set A at 75,000 won per person. After eating, you can take a walk along the Han River.

This shop is also in the 63 building, and you can see the Han River, but it is still under construction this week, and there is nothing to see except yellow sand. We had afternoon tea here, which was quite cute, with very delicate cakes and macarons!
