A fried skewers shop. Although it is self-service, the dishes are not self-service. The self-service here means that you choose the ingredients you want to eat, and DIY them with batter and bread crumbs.
Each table is equipped with a pot of fresh soybean oil, which is disposable, convenient and hygienic. The dishes can be taken from the freezer by yourself, and there is a timer on the table. We ordered a set meal for four people, with a total of 100 skewers, 4 drinks and two ice jelly. The excess skewers are ordered at 80 cents per skewer. If there are fewer people, there is a 60-skewer set meal, and a single person has a 30-skewer set meal.
Because it was the first time we ate it, we basically tried everything. The favorite ones are: signature Orleans chicken wrapped in batter, prawns wrapped in bread crumbs, fresh beef, chicken steak, corn wrapped in bread crumbs, potato chips, broccoli, coriander bean skin, green pepper sausage, king oyster mushroom, and oyster mushroom wrapped in batter.
