A fried skewers shop. Although it is self-service, the dishes are not self-service. The self-service here means that you choose the ingredients you want to eat, and DIY them with batter and bread crumbs.
Each table is equipped with a pot of fresh soybean oil, which is disposable, convenient and hygienic. The dishes can be taken from the freezer by yourself, and there is a timer on the table. We ordered a set meal for four people, with a total of 100 skewers, 4 drinks and two ice jelly. The excess skewers are ordered at 80 cents per skewer.
