What delicious food and warm gracious service! We loved everything we ate the Spanish eggs over potatoes and mushrooms were to die for and the fried cod was DELICIOUS! I saw other tables order the chorizo that you toast over fire at your table and I was so envious and wished I had ordered that too! It looked amazing!

Everything about this restaurant is great. The atmosphere is eclectic, the service was friendly and the food was so delicious! We had the caldo verde, ovos rotos and pataniscas de bacalhau con arroz and it was all so good I wanted to go back the next day and do it all over again! Definitely try!

This place is like dining at your Aunt Shirley&rsquo;s - if your Aunt Shirley is a really good Portuguese cook! Simple home cooking well executed!

I would highly recommend this restaurant. We chose the bacalhau and pork cheeks and both were fresh and delicious. Both were paired with a great white wine and the service was prompt and attentive. It&#39;s just up from the waterfront and is an ideal option for lunch or dinner.

Everything was amazing.  Great food and even better service! The staff obviously care about their business, food, and customers. Will be back next time we&rsquo;re in Porto.

Excellent dinner, we were a party of 4. I had the vegetarian stew it was delicious my husband had the ribs they were perfectly seasoned, my friends had seafood stew and cod. The Bell wine and Chardonnay it was all delicious.

The food here was delicious. We had the bruschetta to start and a delicious pizza for dinner. Staff were friendly and efficient and we enjoyed our meal here!

The space in the store is not very big, but the layout is very centralized and the lighting is very atmospheric. Not only are the ingredients delicious, they also look very appetizing, which perfectly suits my taste. Their layout is really thoughtful.

Wonderful food, so imaginative with lots different textures and tastes but perfectly blended. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Thank you Jo&atilde;s, Monteimo and Jos&eacute;.We let them choose which glass of wine to go with the dish, recommend that. Freat experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at DeCastro Gaia.  The restaurant was very kind to accommodate our request for a table adjacent to a window with a terrific view of the bridge.  Both appetizers and entres were excellent, as was the selection of ports.  The dining room is a great size, not too large yet intimate at the same time.   We did not venture upstairs to the roof terrace, although there is a relatively steady stream of guests passing through the dining room en route to the roof.  We would happily return again when next in Porto.

Such a cool experience! Loved the &quot;surprise&quot; aspect of the courses, as we chose to not open the envelope ahead of time. Our waiter was amazing too, very attentive and so kind!
