The service is great, staff are very attentive and friendly. The food was incredible too, the beef wellington was cooked perfectly, very tasty and tender. The standouts were the scallop starter and the rabanada desert. Loved the casual vibe of a chatty room with some backgroud music. Will definitely go back.

The evening was ‘Absolutely Fabulous’. Relaxing atmosphere, loved the food and the staff especially the waiter who served us was fantastic- chatty, friendly and professional. Definitely go again.

This beautiful restaurant is located in a quiet, clean & comfortable suburban part close to Porto and easy to reach with the 500 bus line. All parts of this fine dining experience deserve a 5 star rating! :) Upon arrival service quickly allocates you at your table, cares about providing you with drinks & a tasty small pre-dish. The ambience is cozy, offers some elements of traditional portuguese interior and at the same time gives off a very modern clean image. The lighting and music are soothing and align with the allover experience. All waiters are very attentive, you will be asked if you would like to receive another juice as soon as the first one is about to be finished. The menu is a beautiful mix of traditional Portuguese cuisine with a modern twist to it. I have a broad experience in star dining and Cafeina is offering a better experience than many 1-2 star restaurants. Especially the chef of waiting staff is very warm-hearted & genuinely interested in you having the best time!
