Inevitavel - Collection Palácio dos Arcos

Good ambience , decor and excellent service. Dessert and coffee were great. However set many on Saturday was not good. Main dish was very simple that I would not order again or in another place. The overall experience was good because of great service and dessert. Set menu deal would be a good deal if main dish would be more up to the standard.

If you are ever in Estoril, please give this place a try. The food, service, ambience was impeccable.

small plates , pasta was reheated, fish was of no interest. Appetizer was not fresh and not tasty. The restaurant does not correspond to the hotel level. Almost impossible to find a parking place.

We waited 45 exact minutes for just the wine to be brought to our table after order. The starters only came around 1h since we arrived. Service was terrible and the restaurante only had 2 tables besides us with around 6 staff members just circuling around doing absolutely nothing, while we just kept waiting to be served and had to call upon them several times to ask for the actual service.

I'm sorry you always never see the comments on the reservation. I never get the table I ask for when making a reservation, simply because they don't read the orders.
