We have been going to Mandela for a number of years and it is our favourite restaurant in the Lisbon 💃 area. We live in Lisbon six months a year.The food is just spectacular. We had the Pecora&lsquo;s for an appetizer and they made a special sauce for us as we don&rsquo;t have sugar in our diet. We had a couple of guess who came with us who thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

My wife and I walk 5 hours to the restaurant and back to home. The food and service is worth every of the 32000 steps. The spices, the taste is amazing.  The server was so friendly, and accommodating. We have been to this restaurant a dozen times and we are going back many many more times

My wife and I spend six months a year in Lisbon. This is one of our very favourite restaurants. Flavours are absolutely amazing. The service is second to none. We are going back with a group on Saturday night.Give it a try. You won&rsquo;t regret it.

Nice ambience, good food. Service could&#39;ve been faster and with flexibility to speak Portuguese by the waiter who took our order, but overall it was a good experience.

My wife&#39;s birthday was made even more memorable by the awesome and caring service by the team. if you haven&#39;t been, you should. amazing location, delicious food and good people.

This is the first time we had Francesinhas. A typical Portugese meal. Although we did not know what to expect we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and we had a nice place near the window to watch the sun set. Very enjoyable.

I reserved a table for my sister&#39;s birthday celebration and she came up from Nazare. My brother had flown over from Canada and myself with my girlfriend and my sister&#39;s husband flew to Porto from London, UK. This restaurant was recommended by my work colleague in London who was born and raised in beautiful Porto and I owe him a few pints as this venue was absolutely perfect with amazing grilled salmon, turbot, salads, vinho verde, black beers and outstanding desserts. The waiter, Alexandre was fantastic and even de-boned the Sea Bass for my girlfriend. The setting sun over the ocean with quiet, beautiful music in the background added to the First Class experience we all enjoyed. This restaurant and the service and food could not have been better and next time in Porto I will be dining there again remembering this memorable first visit. Ate logo, John Wood.
