At the restaurant near the hotel, the seafood looked fresh and the service was good. It was not a special order, so I ordered two different Ceviche. There were traditional methods and some new ones similar to creative dishes. I just want to know if you guys who recommend Ceviche in reviews and guides really like it? It can be considered a Peruvian delicacy, but it is difficult to appreciate it. It is sour~ It is raw..

Fuimos a comer a este restaurante después de hacer un tour por la ciudad de Lima por recomendación de nuestra guía. Resultó una magnífica elección. El local es amplio con decoración clásica y ambiente agradable por su gran luminosidad. El servicio es excelente por la atención y merece la pena dejarse aconsejar en la elección de los platos. La materia prima se nota que es de primera calidad. Nosotros tomamos causa al fresco, almejas al olivo, camarón ajillo, chicharrón, cebiche al fresco, cacao peruano y picarones. Todo estuvo a gran nivel, excepto la causa que nos resultó un poco seca. Las raciones son generosas.

We went to this restaurant after a tour to Lima city on the recommendation of our guide. It was a great choice. The location is spacious with classical decor and pleasant atmosphere for its great luminosity. The service is excellent for attention and it is worth giving advice in the choice of dishes. We took the cause of fresh, olive meals, garlic, chicharron, fresh cebish, Perun cocoa and picarons. All was at a great level, except the cause that we found a little dry. The rations are generous.

Restaurante Alfresco

My hotel was just across from the restaurant. I was lucky and got a table in less than 15 minutes. I couldn&#39;t order the Nikkei set menu, only the dishes on the menu. All dishes were exquisite, the appetizer was the salmon tower (free) and green beans, the main course was the cod mixed with nuts and served with bean puree. It was the best cod I have ever had, the Peruvian beef stir fry was a generous portion, and the dessert was chocolate cocoa mousse with cherry snow meringue, which was very delicious. If you are in Lima, highly recommend you to go to this restaurant, it is a must-go restaurant!

Wonderful restaurant with a really nice atmosphere.. and most importantly, the food tastes amazing!!! Very close to town. Very nice decoration and the friendliest people who will make sure you have the best experience! I&#39;m an Indian food lover and I can say this is one of the best restaurants I&#39;ve tried. The food is good and the service is great. The place is not touristy and is fun. Highly recommended.

A great restaurant to experience innovative Peruvian cuisine. Don&#39;t miss the scallops and the alcapa tartare (if you like it). The service was great and the young chef was great.

This is authentic Peruvian cuisine. A delicious seafood platter and the best pork belly I&#39;ve had in Peru, it had a nice crispy crackle. There are also very traditional food platters here. Very nice

I loved everything about this place, the decor is interesting, the service is friendly and the food is delicious! I had an ice cold lemonade and steak which was perfectly seared, beautifully presented and tasted great, and shared a donut (they were huge!)
