I have lived in the spiritual town of Pisac in the Sacred Valley of Peru for two months. Although I cook most of the time, I still often go to the town for a meal. As a picky Chinese, I have selected these 4 must-eat restaurants in my heart. Good news for yoga lovers: there are vegetarian options!

They also sell vegetarian cheese (made of cashews). Their restaurant is also the only place I have found in the town where I can buy tofu.

It is a must-visit for digital nomads. The dishes are also good and there are basically no disappointments. There are many vegetarian options. I celebrated my birthday here, and the waiter also gave me a cake, which was delicious! I highly recommend the vegan cheesecake here.
