Sacred Sushi & Curry Sunday

I have lived in the spiritual town of Pisac in the Sacred Valley of Peru for two months. Although I cook most of the time, I still often go to the town for a meal. As a picky Chinese, I have selected these 4 must-eat restaurants in my heart. Good news for yoga lovers: there are vegetarian options! 📍Sacred Sushi & Curry Sunday 🌟Cuisine: Asian vegetarian 🕒Business hours: 11:00-19:00 every Sunday (yes, you read it right, this restaurant is only open one day a week!) 💰The average consumption per person is about 80 RMB 💁🏻‍♀️The boss is American and has lived in Pisac for ten years. He also organizes Kirtan chanting every Wednesday, but as a restaurant, it is only open one day a week. There are not many dishes, all of which are vegetarian. They are all delicious and not disappointing. The portions are also large, and the sushi is quite authentic. They also sell vegetarian cheese (made of cashews). Their restaurant is also the only place I have found in the town where I can buy tofu. 📍Kula Cafe and Restaurant 🌟Cuisine: Western/Asian mix 🕒Business hours: Monday to Saturday 8:30-19:00, Sunday 10:30-16:00 💰The average consumption per person is about 80 RMB (credit cards accepted, no handling fee) 💁🏻‍♀️A restaurant that only foreigners come to. It looks a bit like an online celebrity restaurant, but it is actually quite comfortable. The environment is very suitable for office work. It is a must-visit for digital nomads. The dishes are also good and there are basically no disappointments. There are many vegetarian options. I celebrated my birthday here, and the waiter also gave me a cake, which was delicious! I highly recommend the vegan cheesecake here. 📍SolSeed-School&Cafe,Pisac 🌟Cuisine: Western vegetarian 🕒Business hours: Sunday-Friday 10:00-18:00 (Tuesday-Friday open until 22:00) 💰Average consumption is about 60 RMB 💁🏻‍♀️Rather than a restaurant, Solseed is more like a gathering place for hippies/spiritual people in Pisac town. There are many various activities and courses here (you can go to Instagram to see the class schedule), and the coffee shop part is more like an activity package. The drinks are average, the food is not bad, all vegetarian. 📍Intimo 🌟Cuisine: Creative Peruvian cuisine 🕒Business hours: Monday-Sunday 10:00-20:30 💰Average consumption is about 100 RMB 💁🏻‍♀️It is in a corner of the town. It feels like there is only this store on that street, and the taste is not bad. However, there are not many vegetarian options, it seems that there is only one vegetarian dish, and there are more choices for fish. However, their vegan ice cream (without egg, milk and sugar) is still very good! It is also recommended to eat ice cream without eating!
