The Shire's Rest Cafe

We booked a dinner plus tickets. We had to wait for 1.5 hours at 4 o'clock, so we stopped at the cafe to have a hot drink. There were many waiters, but most of them were chatting, and we had to clean the tables ourselves. The hot drinks were average, and the price was acceptable for a tourist spot.

The Shire Restaurant is located upstairs from the ticket office and next to the meeting point. I booked a 9:30 tour and came here for breakfast. 🔻Almond croissant The sun came out when I arrived. The aroma of this croissant is as bright as the sun. It's not as amazing as the one I had in Queenstown later. But I was in a good mood so it tasted good. 🔻Flat white. You can't go wrong with flat white at this point. The cup is perfect for taking photos.
