M25***40We were on holiday in Brisbane and were looking forward to coming here and we were not disappointed! We had a great time here. Our server Moshi was really attentive and we were greeted and invited by Dee-Jay at the front desk! The food was plentiful and the staff were friendly! The skyline in the evening was the most beautiful view!

The Sky Restaurant in Queenstown is a must-visit place when visiting. The view is beyond description, and its ranking among the world's view restaurants is evident. The food is relatively ordinary, but the taste coverage is indeed very wide.
Have dinner at the picturesque Skyline Restaurant, the legendary world's best view restaurant, the view is superb, the taste... it depends on the view. However, the restaurant environment and service are superb. I think the best dish is the barbecued pork.
The service here is very good. The name of the restaurant is actually Stratosfare Restaurant and Bar. Reservations are required! We went here for dinner, checked in at 7pm, and entered at 8:15pm, which was very punctual. There was a group of people who arrived earlier than us, and the waiters cleared the place quickly. When queuing, each group had a waiter to lead you in and explain where the various foods were. In terms of food, there were hot and cold items, roast chicken, beef, lamb, cold seafood, hot soup, add your own croutons (small hard bread cubes), bean sprouts, bread, cold dishes, rice, fruits, desserts, various cakes, jellies, and ice cream. Water is free, but you can order wine. The price per adult dinner and the cable car up and down the mountain is $82 per person, and the child is $40 New Zealand dollars. The family ticket is $219 for two adults and two children. The queue for the cable car before 6pm is very long, taking 30 minutes to an hour, so it’s best to prepare in advance! We got on the cable car at 6:30pm and went to their latest dinner at 8:15pm, and checked in at 7pm. Arrive early to get a window seat. When you book online they said you can't book a window seat but after booking they sent a message saying you can add $20 NZD per person to guarantee a window seat. Better save some room for dessert! The view on the mountain is great and you can take pictures outside if you arrive early. Many tourist places in New Zealand have Chinese waiters, and of course there are some here.
Sky Cable Car + Seafood Buffet. You must take the Sky Cable Car. The view from the mountain is very good. You can have a bird's eye view of the entire Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu. The scenery is very beautiful. It was drizzling on the day we went there, and the layers of fog could not cover up the beauty of Queenstown. The seafood buffet is only worth it for people with a big appetite.
Skyline Gondola Restaurant is one of the most popular restaurants in Queenstown. Visitors can take the cable car to the top of the mountain in Queenstown. It is great to sit by the window in the evening, enjoy seafood and the most beautiful scenery.
We came up by cable car to eat buffet at Ido. It was raining heavily today, so we didn't even want to go to the observation deck. We could only look at the night view of Queenstown through the glass window. The service in the restaurant is very good. As long as you make a reservation in advance and arrive in advance, they will arrange it. When the time comes, the waiter will call your number and introduce you to the restaurant once a week and take you to your seat. The buffet is based on the principle of eating expensive but not full. Although there are many kinds of dishes here, the only ones that taste good are cheese shrimp and desserts. Maybe we drove here as soon as we got off the plane that day, and it was raining. We were not in a good state of operation. We ate a lot of things, but we didn't think any of them stood out. On the contrary, the environment here is really excellent. It's also good to come up and have a good time and leave footprints.
The restaurant is built on the top of a mountain next to Queenstown. The cost of a meal is more than 60 New Zealand dollars. The restaurant adopts the form of a buffet, with Japanese cuisine and Western fast food. One of the characteristics of the restaurant is that the waiter's badge has a national flag on it, indicating which country he is from, so that you can find someone to talk to. On the top of the restaurant is a viewing platform, where you can overlook the entire town and the lake. The scenery is particularly beautiful before the sun sets.
