Benson Chinese Restaurant

Tong Yi Tea House is a Chinese restaurant located in the west of Christchurch, separated from the city center by the Christchurch Botanic Gardens. This is a very popular restaurant with a comfortable dining environment. There are all kinds of traditional Chinese food here with authentic taste.

I came back a year later and the business is still so good. The products are still so good!! The traditional soup is still so authentic! It's worth it that I looked for it several times before coming back to eat. The BENSON on DP is actually this one, but the address is wrong, so I kept looking for it several kilometers away. Fortunately, I finally found it after looking for my own review a year ago. 4 plates of rice are only 52, which is worth eating a large portion! Highly recommended.

I drove here because I had heard so much about this place online, and since I couldn't find any restaurants near my place, I was so taken by the restaurant. I realized a lot of people had booked in advance, and we almost didn't get a table. The food was truly excellent, and I think it's the most authentic Chinese restaurant in Christchurch. Unfortunately, it was so crowded that I didn't have time to take photos.

A well-known and popular Chinese restaurant can satisfy the Chinese stomach, especially in a foreign country.

The taste is very authentic. You have to queue up every morning to eat breakfast.
