After receiving the email confirmation I've called to confirm and add a few precisions to my reservation. The person was very rude repeating they're were full as I tried to explain I'd already reserved. At the end he just told me to cancel. I would have understood a problem if well explained but not rudeness. About 2 hours after I called I received an email in Dutch which I don't speak. After translation no apologies for the inconvenience just the same sentence, they were full.

Always wanted to go for a meal, but it was well worth it. very tasty and excellent wine. definitely recommended if you want to eat just outside Maastricht.

Great food, good service and nice accoustic. Too bad my dietary restrictions were not known to the chef. I think that stuck with the fork!

Our reservation, which we had confirmed twice before, on request, turned out to be unknown upon arrival. The dishes were reasonably tasty, but the portions of the intermediate and main courses in particular were on the very small side! An unpleasant experience when paying: no discount is applied to the prices stated at the Fork. When I commented that this is customary when promoting theFork, the owner responded by saying that I should go to theFork for that. According to the owner, the text of the advertisement at theFork is not his responsibility. And by the way, he thinks that customers should also make a reservation directly with the restaurant. A very unpleasant end to what should have been a nice evening out!

We were alone in the restaurant on a Friday evening. Menu OK but nothing more (tasteless Japanese soup, dessert without the slightest research)
