We went there in September, the best season to travel to Myanmar, but even so, I would say that the restaurant was crowded. Probably 70% or more were regular customers (habit). They offer tables in a charming garden during the sunny season, the food is not great but ok, the people are pleasant and the work is good. It is a good place to have an Italian meal.

No one would expect to find a first class Italian restaurant in Yangon but this is it. The great outdoor dining experience and excellent Italian food make this restaurant worth a try. The (mostly) local staff are well trained in Italian cooking and style and the service was excellent. The wine list was extensive. We ate there with a large group and the overall experience was excellent. Recommended.

Seeds Restaurant &amp; Lounge is located at No 63A U Tun Nyein Street | Ward 10, Yangon (Rangoon), Myanmar. We went to the restaurant in the afternoon.
