The most satisfying meal I had in Melbourne, the fish was fresh and soft, the beef was juicy and delicious. The fresh scallops were also delicious, but you should not dip them in the red sauce and eat them plain. The service was also good. I asked the waiter for pickled ginger and they gave me more after I finished eating, and also sent dessert.

Excellent staff from the host to servers, a gorgeous view of Mexico City from the 38th floor of the Ritz Carlton, and fantastic food and cocktails. Highly recommend the ceviche and any dish with seafood in it.
