They have a special menu offering 4 pieces of chili crab baby back. They recommend not to add any dip. I'm glad I ordered it because it was filled with a lot of crab meat and was very tasty. It's not too spicy. Recommended to try if you like crab and xiao long bao vermicelli.

There is no need to introduce Din Tai Fung, it can be found in many places. Its biggest feature is that it is expensive. The crab meat dumplings there taste quite good, but the portion of the wonton is really small, with only a few in one serving.
Din Tai Fung Restaurant 1⃣️Crab Roe Xiao Long Bao I don’t like crab roe xiao long bao because sometimes I feel that there is not much crab roe, and it is expensive and not cost-effective. However, the amount of crab roe in Din Tai Fung is still OK. The skin is really thin, and the soup inside is also full. When you pick it up, you shake it duang duang, and it is easy to break while shaking. The crab roe is really delicious and has a light salty taste, which just makes up for the unseasoned meat filling. I highly recommend it. 2⃣️Fresh Meat Xiao Long Bao As a Xiao Long Bao meat party, I really give a bad review. The Xiao Long Bao is still very well made, comparable to the crab roe, but the meat filling tastes hard, and it doesn’t have the softness that Xiao Long Bao meat filling should have. The most important two points of bad review! The meat filling and soup are light! Light! Light! As a foodie who eats enough steamed dumplings to go around the world every year, I cannot accept that the meat filling and jelly skin are not seasoned. The second point is that the soup does not have the freshness of meat at all. This pot may be awarded to British pork. The fresh meat is similar to the Suzhou soup dumpling shop downstairs from my house, and it is even inferior because it is not seasoned. Anyway, I have extremely high requirements for fresh meat dumplings. I generally recommend it as a change of taste. If you only order one basket, I still recommend crab roe. 3⃣️Pork rib noodles. I really strongly recommend this pork rib noodles. The ribs are the braised ribs that are wrapped in batter and fried once. The surface is still a little crispy. The ribs are very flavorful and tender. I think it is the most delicious thing among the things I ordered. The noodles are very ordinary soy sauce noodles (if this is still scallion oil noodles, I will blow it up), the noodles are average. 4⃣️Fresh shrimp meat siu mai Same problem as the fresh meat dumplings, the meat filling is bland and tasteless, very average. I didn't look at the actual picture when I ordered it, I thought it would be like fresh shrimp pan-fried dumplings, but it turned out to have a shrimp on the head, a little disappointed. I think the dumplings are not filling enough, so I can order some siu mai to eat. 5⃣️Taro paste buns and lava buns These two buns are at the same level as the buns in roadside morning tea shops, no good or bad, nothing special
Yummy Dined here on our first night in KL and we weren’t disappointed. The pork xaio long bao were yummy with the soy sauce/rice vinegar dipping bowl. Cold spicy schezchan chicken, spicy prawn and pork wonton and pork noodles completed the order. With 2 waters the price was around £17 - what a bargain!! Here are a few photos of the half eaten dishes. Worth a visit but was difficult to locate - on the 6th floor of the Pavilion at the top end when you exit the escalator
I saw this place at Pavilion Taipei, but unfortunately there was too much of a queue. Later, I went to another branch and ordered their famous xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) and dumplings. They certainly didn't disappoint; the taste was top-notch, with thin, juicy skins—delicious!
