4⃣️Feng Ji Restaurant
The flavors are more youthful than the previous one, perfect for a group meal with friends! The Steamed Grouper with Sichuan Peppercorns is delicious; the grouper is tender, and the numbing sensation of the Sichuan peppercorns gives the fish a unique texture! It's incredibly appetizing! The Claypot Vegetables can be ordered as a side dish. The Water Spinach in a Claypot is not recommended for those who can't handle spice!
5⃣️Bamboo Noodle Restaurant
Genting First City!! Super affordable, only 20-30 per person! The Curry Noodles have a very rich curry broth, and the noodles soak up all the flavor—super curry-flavored! A bite of noodles followed by a bite of Portuguese egg tart is so satisfying!
Genting Hotel Recommendation✨
1001 Nights Hotel
The hotel is themed around One Thousand and One Nights! Perfect for bringing your kids! The children's room features Sun Wukong (Monkey King) elements! Kids love it! There's a swimming pool on the 13th floor with separate areas for children and adults.
The hotel had a wide variety of delicious food, very good! 👍
For one last shopping spree before heading home, I highly recommend Hua Yang Souvenirs!!
It's right at the entrance of Gate 2 on the T2 departure level of the airport~ The white coffee was incredibly smooth! The cheese pineapple tarts were such a satisfying snack!! The pandan kaya spread on bread was fragrant and delicious, the bread was soft and fluffy 😋

[Amazing! Must-Visit Established Restaurants Halfway Up the Mountain] 📍Feng Kee Restaurant This farmhouse restaurant, with a queue still forming at 2 PM, is absolutely amazing! The steamed grouper with Sichuan peppercorns is so fresh it looks like it jumped right out of the sea! 🐟 The sizzling pork ribs on the hot plate are an explosion of flavor! Paired with steamed chicken with ginger, the spiciness of the local Bentong ginger is incredibly addictive. A top choice for family gatherings, the environment is super comfortable 👨👩👧 [Crab Lover's Frenzy] 📍Feifei Crab Heading straight down the mountain to Wutong Jaya! 3 salted crabs for only 48 RM, with so much salted egg yolk sauce you could mix with three bowls of rice! 🦀 The Genting-limited-edition crispy pork belly with stinky beans was surprisingly amazing; the pork belly is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with stinky beans—it's so delicious it'll make you cry! 😭 The charcoal-grilled fish head hot pot has a rich, creamy broth, a perfect match for the fried fish head!! 【Hidden Gem on the Mountainside】 📍Long Kee Restaurant A 40-year-old establishment certified by locals! Crispy skin and tender meat with or without sauce for the chicken; the spicy wild boar with screw peppers is incredibly satisfying – remember to order a cup of duck poop iced lemon tea to prepare! The clam broth is bursting with basil flavor. 【The Pinnacle of Halal Chinese Cuisine】 📍Mohd Chan Cooked by a Cantonese chef with 18 years of experience! The President's Spicy Fish Head uses 28 kinds of spices, the grouper head soaked in the broth. The black pepper beef is sprinkled with pepper on the spot, a truly special experience. The Indian fried noodles are topped with two soft-shell crabs – enough for three to share! 【Affordable King on the Mountain Top】 📍Bamboo Noodle Shop Located at the end of the bar street on the fourth floor of First City, eat until you're stuffed for just 30+ RM per person! Spicy pork bone noodle soup is a must-order! The broth is simmered until it resembles a golden waterfall, and the pork, tripe, and liver are incredibly generous with the ingredients 🍜. Paired with a slightly caramelized Portuguese egg tart, the satisfaction level will soar! 【Stay in a Palace in the Clouds】 📍1001 Nights Hotel A themed hotel under the Wyndham brand! The children's room features elements of Sun Wukong (the Monkey King), and the 51st-floor Sky Mirror is the highest observation deck in Malaysia ☁️. The 13th-floor swimming pool is divided into adult and children's areas, with the children's area featuring a water park. Breakfast offers everything from Chinese congee and pastries to Western baked goods. 【Ultimate Pre-Flight Shopping Spree】 📍Huayang Souvenirs Just head straight for Gate 2 on the T2 departure level! Unsweetened white coffee is silky smooth and not too sweet; Musang King coffee with a super authentic durian flavor ☕; the pineapple cheese tart is a perfect blend of sweet and savory; pandan kaya spread on bread is so delicious it makes my travel companions swoon 🤗 💡Exploring Tips: 1️⃣ Choose a cable car with a transparent bottom for panoramic views of Kiyomizu-dera Temple and the amusement park. 2️⃣ Take a taxi to and from the food street halfway up the mountain; it's hard to climb after a full meal. 3️⃣ Buy souvenirs at the airport for the easiest time; prices are the same as in the city. #GentingFoodRadarActivated #MyMalaysianStomachIsExpanding #JustFollowThisFoodGuide #MalaysiaTravel #Foodie #FoodCheckIn #Malaysia #Food
