A Penang restaurant. It seems that no matter what time you go, there are always people queuing at the door, but you can usually get the food after waiting for 10-15 minutes. We tried braised pork, curry fish head, sesame oil chicken, rice noodles, red bean paste, etc. This time, each one is delicious.
I personally think that the rice noodles are the most surprising. I feel that the most basic dishes are made quite well. I used to have a very greasy feeling when eating rice noodles, but this restaurant controls it very well. It is not overly greasy, but the taste is very sufficient. The rice noodles are very soft and sticky, and the taste is very good.
The curry fish head tastes great too, and it belongs to the Must Try series of this restaurant. The fish head is very fresh, and it is super delicious with the curry flavor. In addition to the fish head, I think the cowpea vegetables in it are also super delicious! The only drawback is that the plate is very large, and there is not much fish head meat?
