Cold dishes include a variety of fresh vegetables, colorful, and of course lemons; various pickled vegetables, such as pickled cucumbers, pickled olives, pickled beets, etc.; more than a dozen sauces, such as Holmes sauce, eggplant sauce, garlic cream sauce, etc. mixed with olive oil and mashed garlic; various meats, such as fresh minced beef and mutton mixed with olive oil, fresh raw lamb liver, fried beef balls, and minced lamb with pine nuts; pasta such as Arabic flatbread, fried cheese spring rolls, etc.

It&rsquo;s such a great sense of accomplishment to get unanimous recognition from my family. I will come again next time!
