What travelers say:
Watching the chefs cook for you at the W Hotel
This was our last day in Jordan, and for our last meal, we went to the most grand venue of our entire trip: the W Hotel in Amman. We had a truly spectacular dinner. Nasri walked through the rose-red, deep corridors at the hotel entrance, bringing back memories of the arduous trek through the Petra Snake Path a few days earlier.
We enjoyed a long-awaited Western meal at MESH Restaurant on the sixth floor. The unique feature is that after ordering, you don't have to wait at a table. Instead, you can watch the chefs prepare the food in the open kitchen. Since we were small eaters and weren't hungry, we were told to keep the portions very small. However, they still gave us a generous portion of fries, which was delicious.
The ingredients were all excellent.
