Sakurai Shokudo

A late-night tea shop, the whole shop is elegant, transparent and artificial. You can taste Japanese tea, tea wine, and raw wagashi. You can choose your favorite tea leaves and fry them on the spot. The tea leaves will exude aroma in the hot stone bowl, and then brew a cup of crystal clear jade dew. I felt that the owner's wrist was shaking very well, and he could perform a set of movements smoothly. The tea can be drank directly, or you can cut a piece of ice and mix it with gin/whiskey as a base to make a special tea wine. Strong and refreshing, very unique. The tea snacks include clear yokan, butter-scented fruits, and cakes with red bean fillings. They are all carefully prepared. Generally speaking, it is a serious store with more content than form, with good intentions everywhere, and the tea and snacks are delicious, unlike those flashy and coquettish bitches. The price is also very affordable. A set of tea snacks/tea wine is about 1,500 yen, and the most expensive handmade kneading tea is only more than 3,000 yen. I happily tasted the snacks one by one and smiled.
