Sushidama, Toyama Station

Sushitama is a local chain sushi restaurant that is also quite famous and popular. We went to the Toyama branch, and because it was past the peak dining time, there were not many people, and each of their flavors was amazing.

This restaurant is inside the JR station. There are a lot of people eating here at mealtime, many of them are locals. You can tell the quality is very good. There are many sushis that can be made by the chef individually. White shrimp is the specialty, highly recommended.

The udon noodles next to the station have lots of fillings and are instantly filling up on snowy days.

We rarely see eels in rolls, but this one is very generous and uses two pieces of eel.

The seafood sashimi I ordered here has ice cubes piled up in the shape of Mount Fuji. It's so cute.
