Shodoshima Ramen Hishio Shodoshima Angel Road

A small restaurant near the hotel where I stayed, clean and tidy, with affordable prices. There are seats facing the sea outside. The signature ramen, barbecued pork and dumplings are pretty good. The soy sauce soda unique to Shodoshima is very special.

The dried fish before the meal is also a special side dish. The serving time is slow, after all, it is freshly made, which is understandable. The chef will make it in front of the guests.
