Matsukawa, once the No. 1 restaurant in Japan by Tabelog. Many customers can only make an appointment once a year. I am lucky enough to know the Japanese intelligence, and I have tried it twice, in July 2018 and May 2019. The original appointment was for March 2020, but due to the epidemic, I couldn&#39;t go to the site. So the appointment became January 28, 2021. It&#39;s really a standard once-a-year meeting.

No. 3 of Fine Dining  in Tokyo

I&#39;ve heard they specialize in meat dishes, and just looking at them is exciting. Beyond the meat, the other appetizers are also meticulously prepared. From the roasted sweet potatoes to the steamed buns made with rice wine lees, every dish on the menu is exciting. The eggplant, in my opinion, is the most delicious. I didn&#39;t make a reservation at Sushi God&#39;s restaurant, but this one is opened by his apprentice. You can also try it. It&#39;s a Michelin one-star restaurant, and the sushi they make is similar to that of Sushi God. Although he is an apprentice, he is also very old.
