I ordered the popular signature menu that uses only fresh Aomori duck meat, the meat&#39;s taste and tenderness are very delicate, and it goes very well with soba noodles. The popular &quot;Mori soba noodles&quot; and &quot;Temmori&quot; soba noodles made with cottonseed oil also have many fans.

There is a wide variety of sashimi and fish dishes. It is famous for its large selection of fried chicken and large portions. I had the sashimi set. The taste was good, the tempura was fried just right, and the best was the karaage chicken nuggets

The burger is fast food. I thought it would be quick but Moss takes great care in making it and if you are in a hurry then the wait time can be a little frustrating so it is recommended to go when you can relax and eat.

Tochigi City is clean and tidy. The old warehouses on both sides are still well preserved. It is a place worth exploring. Walk to the century-old store Kokodo Bankan. A plate of Edo-exclusive fried noodles costs only 500 yen. It is cheap and delicious. Hand-made soba noodles are seasoned with spicy vinegar and soy sauce. Mixed with minced meat, cabbage and potato cubes. It is very special~

You can enjoy it while the chef cooks vegetables, shrimps and meat in front of you. The food and coffee are delicious and can&#39;t stop, but the dessert cake is disappointing. I don&#39;t need dessert next time~
