The most famous old ramen shop in Takayama

One of the most famous ramen shops in Takayama, the queue lasted about half an hour even on rainy days.

The shop is not big, it can accommodate about 20 people in total. There are only three kinds of options: soba noodles, soba udon, and soba dipping noodles. You can add tamagoyaki, and there are also fried dumplings.

Chinese soba noodles I ordered a small portion of soba noodles with tamagoyaki. The noodles are chewy, with a piece of pork, bamboo shoots, and some chives. Probably because I waited too long and had too high expectations, I felt that the taste was above average.

Fried dumplings A serving of 6 fried dumplings, full of fillings, tasted pretty good.

I think dipping noodles will taste better.

高山最著名拉面老店高山最富盛名的拉面店之一，雨天也排队排了大概半小时左右。店里面积不大，一共能容纳20个人左右的样子。只有荞麦面、荞麦乌冬、荞麦蘸面三种可选。可以添加玉子蛋，也有煎饺。中华荞麦面 点了加玉子蛋的小份荞麦面。面条筋道，有一块豚肉、笋、香葱若干。大概因为排队太久，期待值太高，觉得口感在中等偏上。煎饺 煎饺一份6只，馅料饱满，味道还不错。感觉蘸面会更好吃呢。

Compared with Marumei and Ajizo Tengoku, this Hida beef sushi located on the old street of Takayama is more accessible.

🌿It is basically unrealistic to buy sushi here without queuing, but since it is take-out, the queue time is not long. We went there during the Spring Festival. There were more than ten people in front of us, and it took about 10 minutes to get in line.

🌿There are 4 sets of beef sushi:
1️⃣Set A is 700 yen for two sushi, one seasoned with salt and the other with light soy sauce

Since the price is much cheaper than that of ordinary supermarkets, it always attracts many mothers and the middle class to buy!

Ajizo Tenkoku Hida Beef BBQ Restaurant is a famous BBQ restaurant in the mountainous area. There are many people queuing up every night. It is best to arrive early or make a reservation in advance, otherwise you usually have to wait in line for more than half an hour. The meat is very fresh and the Hida beef is of great quality, melting in your mouth. The dining area is a sit-down Japanese-style room with a long table divided into three dining areas. The partitions can be removed depending on the number of people. After entering the door, there is also a peripheral merchandise sales area on the right. In addition to selling Hida pendants, souvenirs, snacks, there are also various Hida beef-related products, such as jerky, seasonings, etc. There is also a parking lot outside the restaurant.
