If you walk a few steps on the streets of Takamatsu, you will come across an udon restaurant. Their udon is very light, but you can choose plain noodles, which is a bowl of noodles without any meat. The menu is also in English.

A local friend took me to this store. Normally, I wouldn't go into this store because most of the people sitting inside are locals, the food is very affordable, and the handmade udon noodles taste really good.

I didn't expect that the best udon noodles I had in Japan would be from this most remote place! The udon noodles here are all handmade, delicious, with great taste and good flavors.

This shop is not easy to find, and basically only local people come here to eat, but you must not miss their udon noodles, which are very delicate and have the flavor of seafood, which is delicious.
