The method of making Okonomiyaki fried noodles is a bit like Shanghai's three-shredded and two-noodle yellow noodles, but the flavor is a little bit stronger. I am not good at making it myself, so I prefer to wait for the waiter to make it. This noodle is delicious.
This is a nice little restaurant, the staff are friendly and helpful. The okonomiyaki here is really delicious, there is no vegetarian okonomiyaki, but they can make the yakisoba vegetarian. Although the location of this restaurant is a bit remote, it is definitely worth it to try it.
