HAJIME

As a vegetable lover, I was blown away by the sheer variety of vegetable dishes here. Every dish was a delightful surprise. The menu was truly creative, with features like the foie gras sandwich, which I've never seen anywhere else. The entire meal was a feast for the eyes and the palate; the presentation was playful, and the generous amount of dry ice added to the dramatic, magical effect. This truly is a special place, and it's worth every bit of the hype.

Hajime, this is my first time visiting this restaurant. It sounds like such a wonderful restaurant! If you are lucky enough to meet it, you will definitely feel this beauty. The presentation of the dishes here is so beautiful that you can't bear to destroy it. The taste of the food is basically natural, without any deep processing. You will see the original state of the ocean, soil, water, and plants in the early days of the earth. You will hear the sound of icebergs bursting due to global warming. You can smell the sweet smell of love flowing out. Everything comes from our dialogue with the earth... I hope everyone can use their love to protect our home...

This time, I went to this restaurant arranged by a local friend. The food presentation and preparation were amazing. The table service lived up to the Michelin reputation. After the meal, the chef greeted us personally, which was very impressive. I recommend it to travelers who like high-end food!

The second dish is Sheng Ming, and the third dish is Chuan, which is really good. The presentation is very exquisite, and the taste is also great. It is worth trying.
