A sushi restaurant in the Umeda business district. It looks quite high-end. You must eat sushi when you go to Japan. The tuna sushi they make is quite good, with many varieties, and it looks very appetizing.

It&#39;s in the Ritz-Carlton hotel. The hotel is very big and you can find it by asking the waiter. They serve standard French food. The steak is great, made with local beef, and the egg pudding is super delicious.

Kahara will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2021.
Chef Yoshifumi Mori opened his own shop at the age of 26 and won numerous awards. Not only is he a master in cooking, but he is also quite accomplished in the production of lacquerware. He also held a solo exhibition of lacquerware in New York more than a decade ago. During the meal, lacquerware was on stage many times, and many works were made by Chef Mori.
Chef Farran Adrian of the world&#39;s top restaurant El Bulli commented, &quot;Just being able to taste Chef Mori&#39;s delicious meal can be a reason to come to Osaka.&quot; Then he arranged for 10 employees of the store to come to Osaka from Spain and spend two days to fully experience Chef Mori&#39;s magical craftsmanship. I heard that there are also diners (tu) (hao) who roared in from overseas in their own helicopters. 🌚

This restaurant uses rare Kosaka chicken. Raised for over 130 days, the meat is incredibly tender and juicy. The other skewers are delicious, and the added toppings are a nice touch. The chicken neck is served with grated daikon radish and yuzu vinegar, and the daikon radish is generously garnished. With every bite, the chicken and daikon radish juices flow freely into your mouth. Absolutely delicious!

寿司很不错，都是当场点单当场捏的，如果能坐到靠吧台位置就真的值得了。点的每日特选鱿鱼寿司真的好吃，鱿鱼Q弹嫩滑，搭配微酸的寿司饭，多一分不多少一分嫌少。

The sushi is very good, all made on the spot upon ordering, it is really worth it if you can sit near the bar. The daily special squid sushi I ordered is really delicious, the squid is chewy and tender, paired with slightly sour sushi rice, one point more is not too much and one point less is too little.
