Okonomiyaki Kiji

Okonomiyaki (Umeda Sky Building Branch) is located at 1-1-90 Oyodonaka, Kita-KuUmeda Sky Bldg. B1F Takimi Koji 531-0076, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture. When we arrived, we saw many tourists dining there. There were several kinds of Okonomiyaki on the menu. The staff were very friendly and introduced them to us in English. The fried Okonomiyaki was hot and delicious, and the food was also crispy and had a good texture.

The method of making Okonomiyaki fried noodles is a bit like Shanghai's three-shredded and two-noodle yellow noodles, but the flavor is a little bit stronger. I am not good at making it myself, so I prefer to wait for the waiter to make it. This noodle is delicious.

This is a nice little restaurant, the staff are friendly and helpful. The okonomiyaki here is really delicious, there is no vegetarian okonomiyaki, but they can make the yakisoba vegetarian. Although the location of this restaurant is a bit remote, it is definitely worth it to try it.

Umeda Sky Building B1 Okonomiyaki Restaurant The original plan was to come to Umeda Sky Building to see the night view. I found this restaurant on Dianping.com and it had a very good review. There were only 22 seats in total. I queued for an hour and experienced the feeling of sitting by the stove and watching the chef cook and eat in "Midnight Diner". I ordered pork belly Okonomiyaki and beef mixed fried noodles. Both tasted very good, sweet and salty, and soft. The important thing is that the chefs and waiters are polite and considerate. Although the dining space is relatively small, the dining experience is still very comfortable.

Recommended by Ctrip, it must be popular, but the mixed fried noodles are just so-so and very sweet. The grilled meat (beef) or Okonomiyaki is great. In fact, I think it is similar to pizza. The noodles and vegetables are mixed to make the base, and the grilled meat, eggs and vegetables are mixed to make the filling. The cooking method is just teppanyaki... It usually takes 2 hours to queue up to sit down. Do you think you will be served once you enter the house? No way, there are only 4 tables in total (can seat 4-5 people) and 6 booths. There will be 10 waiting seats after entering the house...

We were very hungry after visiting the Umeda Sky Building, so we came to this store to try Okonomiyaki. The price here is very cheap, the ingredients are very fresh, and the taste is very good. Although there are many Okonomiyaki restaurants, this small store is very famous and highly recommended.
