Genkishin (Nara)

There are many people eating here on the commercial street outside Nara Station, and the prices are a little cheaper than those in Nara Park. I saw a long line at this ramen restaurant, so I tried a bowl first. The soup base is very rich.

Their tsukemen comes with a bowl of rice. After eating the tsukemen, you can pour the rice into the sauce, add broth and eggs, heat it with an induction cooker, and cook it into soup rice. The ramen in chicken soup tastes really good.

The noodles of Yuanxi Shen are not to be missed... Half a year later, when I returned to Nara again, the first thing I did was to choose Yuanxi Shen's chicken white soup noodles for dinner. Of course, I had to choose the best-selling set meal. It has a strong flavor and rich side dishes, including a few slices of pork, fried shrimp, fried chicken, eggs... Finally, raw eggs and rice are put into the thick soup to make soup rice, haha. The fried chicken tastes good too. Forget about the soy sauce soup noodles, you can't taste anything except the soy sauce.

Ramen shop, Japanese ramen is usually salty, this one is no exception, the ramen is not like the ramen in China, it feels a bit like instant noodles. Although the soup and toppings are quite rich, it still feels a bit salty after eating. Business is good and there is a line outside the door in a short time.

This noodle shop specializes in udon. Business is booming, and the interior is quite small despite its nice facade. The set menu is quite filling, enough for one person to eat quite well. They also sell single bowls, though you'll need to know Japanese.
