But all the dishes that followed were delicious. The sea urchin and the sweet shrimp and fish dishes, especially the cold consommé of the Basque pork at the end were great. I thought the service was great. Reasonably priced and overall very satisfied!

I didn't expect that a restaurant with this name actually serves French cuisine. I ordered a set meal. Anyway, there is no need to worry, as it includes appetizers, main courses, and after-meal dishes. The set cost about a thousand dollars, which is not bad.

Except for the price, everything is perfect. The food is well made. Although it is not the most traditional French cuisine, the taste is improved and delicious. It also adds elements of Japanese cuisine. Very good.

The chef was trained at Lumiere in Gifu so the restaurant is classic French style but has evolved to a more modern style than the last time I was there. The service staff were all polite and pleasant and the food was delicious.
