Eat freshly cut sashimi in Yobuko

There is a fish supermarket at Yobuko Port, called &quot;Youbuko Odaiba&quot;, Odaiba means kitchen. There are fresh fish in the freezer and live squid in the pool. Guests can order the store to make sashimi for an additional 200 yen processing fee. We ordered a fish to try. They also provide a place to eat, with mustard, soy sauce, and tableware. After eating, you can return by yourself.

Kawataro&#39;s Yobuko Squid Sashimi

There is a very popular restaurant in Yobuko Port, Kawataro. They even need to queue up for a table at mealtime, which is a rare thing in Yobuko with a small population. When we went there, the restaurant was already full of guests. Their squid is usually eaten as sashimi, and the remaining head, tail and whiskers can be made into tempura or braised. We chose one of each to try. In fact, the taste is still relatively chewy, not as tender as imagined, so we just eat it here to suit the occasion.
