Uoya Road is a chain restaurant. This time we went to check in at the Fuji Yoshida branch. This restaurant is positioned as a fast food restaurant, and the food is served really quickly, in about five or six minutes.

Very local. Cute tatami seatings.Value for money.500-600yen per pax.They serve vegetarian option : wakame and tamago and non vege option : horse meat + seaweed/cabbage.Homemade noodles are very springy in consistency and i find that perfect! Soup is flavourful but i added additional spices on the table in to get the spicy taste i prefer.Highly recommended!

This izakaya is a chain. The one we went to is the main store, which is also the headquarters. The space inside the store is not actually very large, but it is indeed quite warm and authentic.
