Small portions, high prices, basic service, nothing special, except the views (on a good weather day) that they&rsquo;re naturally blessed with thanks to the location and big windows.

Une originalit&eacute; pour un d&eacute;jeuner tr&egrave;s frais avec les raviolis aux c&egrave;pes. Nous avions de notre table une tr&egrave;s belle vue sur la vall&eacute;e. &Agrave; recouvrir en famille car apr&egrave;s il est possible de redescendre &agrave; pied &agrave; la voiture

We had a great lunch when we arrived by ski chairlift!! An originality for a very fresh lunch with the porcini mushroom ravioli. We had a very beautiful view of the valley from our table. To be covered with the family because afterwards it is possible to go back down on foot to the car

Bellissimo rifugio sopra il passo Gardena, luogo bellissimo, panorama mozzafiato, ci siamo tornati perch&eacute; ci era piaciuto molto. Il cibo &egrave; squisito e l&rsquo;ambiente &egrave; accogliente, la cortesia del gestore fa il resto. Per me &egrave; un s&igrave; !

Beautiful refuge above the Gardena pass, beautiful place, breathtaking view, we came back because we liked it a lot. The food is exquisite and the environment is welcoming, the courtesy of the manager does the rest. For me it&#39;s a yes!

We loved the food and the service. Unfortunately not all the dishes were available in the evening. We have realised that the place is for skiing day and not and evening place. It&rsquo;s outside of the town at the end of the ski piste. I can imagine how the place can be nice at the end of the ski day.

This is the best restaurant we&rsquo;ve been to in Val Gardena. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. We really enjoyed it.

I must confess that I was a bit disappointed, since our experience (in the Steak Stube) differed from the feedback given on Tripadvisor by others.To be more specific:- The amuse bouche was very well presented, but didn&#39;t have much taste.- It took quite some time to get the menus and the wine list (we had to ask for the wine list specifically, it would have been nice to get them both at the same time), and we also had to wait to place our order.- We were not offered to taste the wine first, it was just poured for us.- My ribeye steak was very nice, but my friend&#39;s Wagyu &quot;Chef suggestion&quot; didn&#39;t compare well with other Wagyu steks she has had.- The sauces were served in very small portions, and we had to ask for more. One of them we got a refill of, the other we never did.- Some of the greens served with the meats were very nice.- When we were given our coats back, I held my friend&#39;s coat for her to put on. The staff member then just dropped my coat on a chair and walked away.

Lovely intimate room in a very stylish hotel. Very good advice about which steak to choose based on our cooking preferences and a matching local wine. Great bread and starters and very generous servings of delicious sides with the steak. The food and service were superb and we had a great evening
